David Miller, our Founding Director & Principle Project Manager, is a consummate professional whose problem-solving skills are second to none. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Australia in the field of construction fit-out and shop-fitting for 27 years. During these year's David has established a sound understanding of client needs, the skills required to deliver a project on time, under budget and of the highest quality. His diverse background, working on the client side and for builders, has led to a broader understanding of what is critical to both parties. His understanding of the client’s vision is paramount to the success of each project he completes.
Claire is a reliable and hardworking professional with an ability to manage and complete project procurement to the highest standard. An exceptional communicator who excels at building trusted relationships with customers and colleagues and is a responsible contributor committed to excellence and success. Claire is an accomplished manager with a proven track record of superior results in Business Management and Human Resources in a variety of challenging environments.
Sima began his building and construction career at Aus Iron Industries developing a comprehensive knowledge base in drafting and project co-ordination. Moving into a management role where he broadened his experience in project estimation, procurement, cost reporting and team management. With a desire to succeed in all aspects of his work which transfers into the successful project outcome. He has an appreciation for quality joinery, is driven by accuracy and processes and has a keen interest for hospitality fit-out projects.
Scott began his career in construction, with over 8 years of experience, furthered by studies in Construction Management which led to joining Directitude as a Project Manager. With a thorough understanding of contractor managements and the issues which arises, alongside passion for hospitality, quality finishes and a drive to succeed he is a valued asset to all projects. Scott’s unique and friendly manner, leaves a positive and motivating atmosphere in the office and is the heart and soul of the building site.
Jill has over 10 year’s experience working in Estimation, Project Coordination and Contracts Administration roles on various project types including Hospitality, Retail, and Commercial. Her ability to manage & negotiate contracts, set budgets, monitor project progress all contribute to successful project outcomes. Her diverse project exposure, along with client and contractors interaction, has enabled Jill to develop exceptional communication, organisational, value management skills.
Jack joins Directitude with over 30 years’ experience in the fit out industry, specializing in joinery. A cabinet-maker by trade who has progressed through the ranks as a leading hand, factory foreman, set-out draftsman and finally overseer of operations in joinery manufacture as a Production Manager. Furthered by broad experience in AutoCAD and estimating, this allows Jack to provide excellent support across a range of projects. His calm demeanour complements strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to interpret, and adjust to client needs makes Jack a valuable member of our project management team.
With over 28 years building experience within both site management roles and carpentry roles, alongside a Diploma in Building and Construction Management, Ian has a vast understanding of all aspects of the building process. He has an in depth knowledge of the best practices for site management, and a need to work methodically, seeing all tasks to completion. Approaching every situation with a can do attitude, and the mindset that nothing is a hassle, no matter how big or small, Ian brings a dynamic and reliable presence to site.
Michelle is a highly motivated and competent contracts administrator and PA with experience in all aspects of office administration and maintenance management. Michelle possesses outstanding communication skills, a contagious enthusiasm and a passion for excellence and success. Committed to the highest level of professional & personal excellence, Michelle strives to build ongoing relationships to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.
Lauren is an enthusiastic and committed administrator whose previous experience in Hospitality & Tourism allows her to provide support to our project managers in procurement and administrative needs, along with aiding kitchen sales. Currently undertaking her final year Bachelor or Business as a marketing major, she is also a predominant member of our online presence. Dedicated to customer and client satisfaction, Lauren strives to provide exceptional support to the team and clients.
