When selecting a fit out company for my second restaurant, I chose to work with the DM Team for as they are able offer a great design and construct solution which is exactly what I was after. I felt that there was no need to spend unnecessary funds on an architect or designer as I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of functionality and ascetics and the DM team helped me through the design process by understanding my vision and communicating this with their drawings. The scale and layout of the venue was a little tricky to be able to fit in all of the aspects that I require especially the kitchen but the knowledge of the team enabled this to happen along with providing calculated advice on what is required to meet all of the building codes to be able to satisfy any inspection, we haven’t commenced on site yet but I look forward to the journey as I know that the DM team are great communicators and are completely transparent and flexible with their design and budget
Directitude Management have previously completed renovation works at the Portsea Hotel as the Builder and
Project Manager. The Portsea Hotel has an excellent relationship with DM and were privileged to be in their
very capable and experienced hands. We find them to be an outstanding construction & management
Directitude Managements staff were fully accessible at all times to Portsea personnel to address any enquiries
and to ensure complete satisfaction. Senior Management were continuously involved in the project from
beginning to completion. Our hotel works were delivered to the highest of standards and we were very happy
with the results. During construction works through experience and knowledge DM were able to manage
trades on site to keep the project running smoothly and safely abiding by WHS to ensure safety and minimal
amounts of disruption to our hotel staff and clientele which continued as a live working venue throughout.

Directitude Management worked collaboratively with Woodlea, the consultant team and the café operator during the planning and design stages for the café and commercial kitchen. The technical knowledge, operational experience, professionalism and diligence provided by David Miller and his team during this phase of the project was critical to the success of the project.
During the tender and construction of the café I found both David and the Project Manager for the works, Alex Crompton to have a systematic, thorough and collaborative approach which ensured the project was delivered within the required timeframes and to a high standard of finish. The construction management systems used by Directitude Management and the network of high quality locally based trades and suppliers meant Directitude Management could meet the projects tight timeframes for shop drawing, fabrication and installation for all trades.
The services provided by Directitude Management were instrumental in the successful delivery of the Aintree Café & Garden for Woodlea. Directitude Management exceeded our expectations and I would happily work with them again and recommend them to others.
Directitude Management have been involved in the redevelopment of the Albert Park Hotel
since 2016 during the design concept until completion in March 2020. There have been
many challenges during this time from design, VCAT negotiations, through to build-ability
and design changes. David Miller was the Lead Principle Project Manager managing the team of Consultants,
Project Financials, Client Direct Contractors, Builder and Stylist. David and his team have had
vast experience managing project of this nature which lead to a successful outcome with an
emphasis on quality and exquisite design feature. The project consists demolishing internal structures, preservation of the heritage art-deco
façade, construct 2 levels of hospitality and incorporating 2 additional levels to house corporate offices.
Not only did Directitude provide a Project & Construction Management function, they
specified the Kitchen and Bar equipment inline with the Executive Chef’s requires. Manage
quality assurance of joinery, and procure equipment and FF&E.
We are overjoyed with outcome of the offices, and hospitality spaces and look forward to
working with David and his team on future projects.

This, together with the service it delivers allows us to be confident that our venue Tennis World - Albert Reserve was open on time and to the quality we are expecting. With Directitude Management there were no surprises. Their end to end delivery processes allows full visibility of the project as it comes together. Tennis Australia were extremely happy with the upgrade works as Albert Reserve is used as an off site practice venue for the Australian Open in January the works under taken were able to provide a better experience for the players. David was always concerned with our ideas and details and not what his ideas were and what we should do. David stayed within budget, made fantastic recommendations and adjustments to the fit-out and was always available for any questions about the design or construction. My building experience with Directitude was trouble free, incredibly well organized and communicated with complete professionalism. I am extremely happy with our new studio in Melbourne and the quality of workmanship performed by all of the builders and contractors used by Directitude.
Having done many hospitality renovations, we expected the usual dramas and frustrations that usually come with that job. The service provided by Dave Miller, our Project Manager, was outstanding. He is the consummate professional, always prompt, honest and upfront about everything. We were given a clear Schedule about the order of work to be done, and kept up to date and informed about what to expect and what was needed from us.
